Garden Design

Design Services begin with a complete site survey: property measurements, soil testing, drainage testing, sun exposure, photos, and more. A personalized garden design is provided and reviewed with one complimentary revision. 

COMPLETE INSTALL: 

I provide the demo, plants, installation, irrigation, and mulch. 

DIY INSTALL: 

I provide the plants & place them according to the design, then coach you how to install yourself to reduce costs.  Written instructions are also provided. 

* If a subcontractor is needed for hardscaping, tree removal or other heavy work, I am happy to coordinate those services with a trusted partner. 

A complete evaluation of your garden includes, but is not limited to: soil quality and chemistry, drainage, plant health, fertilization, watering, pruning, insect and disease identification and treatment. (about 3 hrs on site)
I provide a written report of my findings, recommendations, and instructions for taking your garden to the next level. 

Strategic pruning of trees & shrubs to improve shape, health, and productivity in the appropriate season for the best results.  

Common woody plants in need of this service: hydrangea, lilac, forsythia, ninebark, boxwood, crape myrtle, rhododendron, etc.
